RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from Grindstone Universal. Contact Customer Service to cancel an order.
Grindstone Universal prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original conditionwithin 10 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs.
● Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed into another box when being shipped back as a return. If you do not ship the shoes back by this method, you will receive $10.00 less credit from your order.
● All returns must be sent via Fed-Ex, UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
● Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Grindstone Universal has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.

Please include the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, size, single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.
